It Had to Be You by Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke

Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke did it again with “It Had to Be You”.  This was the next installment of the Under Suspicion series.  I really love this series.  All these books have kept my attention the whole way through.  I had a hard time putting this book down.  And it had a huge twist at the end that I never saw coming.  I kept trying to guess how it was going to turn out, but I was completely wrong!  I also love that this book is clean.  It’s hard to find mainstream fiction that is good and suspenseful but also clean.  This one delivers!  I highly recommend this book and all the books in the series.

Novel Threat by Traci Hunter Abramson

 I really enjoyed this book by Traci Abramson.  I believe this is my favorite by Traci Abramson.  The chemistry between Brandon and Kimber was wonderful!  This book kept me guessing until the very end.  It had so many twists and turns throughout it.  I had a hard time putting this book down.  I highly recommend this book.   “Hide and Seek” by Christy Barritt was a fantastic start to the Lantern Beach Guardians series.   It was so great to revisit Police Chief Cassidy Chambers.   She has become a favorite of mine in some of Christy Barritt’s other novels.   This book starts off with a huge mystery.   A young girl is found on the beach and to make matters worse, she can’t speak!   So Cassidy, along with her husband Ty, and her police force are trying to figure out the mystery.   This mystery really had me dumbfounded.   I had no idea what the ending was going to be. I have never read a Christy Barritt book that I haven’t loved.   I highly recommend all her books.   Her books are full of suspense and mystery, yet are extremely clean. I received this book from the author for my honest opinion.
