"The Cottage on Ghost Lane" by Christy Barritt is a fantastic read! I was really excited to read this one by Christy Barritt as it sounded a little different than the other novels I've read by her. She didn't disappoint. I loved this story! This story follows Cole Dalton. Cole goes back to the cottage that he and his wife, Caroline, owned. Caroline died in a car accident earlier. From the first day Cole returns home, there are mysterious events happening to him, including the details of his wife's accident. I highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys good, clean, mysterious novels. I received this novel from the author for my honest opinion.

“The Inn at Walker Beach” by Lindsay Harrell was a great read! I’m so glad that the characters of Walker Beach reappeared in this novel! This story starts off with a group of ladies called “The Barefoot Sisterhood”. These women get together, weekly, to talk and share their dreams. The story focuses on Jenna Wakefield, a 27-year old, single mother and Elise Griffin, a 63-year old, mother of six adult children. The story goes back and forth, focusing on both characters. This is the type of story that draws you in and makes you feel like you are part of Walker Beach! I highly recommend this novel and all of Lindsay Harrell’s books. This author has a way of drawing you in and keeping you throughout the whole book. I received this book from the author for my honest opinion.

“Journey Back Home” by Cheri Swalwell is an excellent novel that shows the real life of a youth pastor and his family. This is the type of book that makes you feel like you are really living in the book. This book will stay with you long after the last page. This novel follows the family of Jace, a youth pastor, and Simone, his wife. The author shows us the typical life of a husband and wife trying to raise their four children. There was a twist that I didn’t see coming and some sadness along the way. I highly recommend this novel. I received this novel from the author for my honest opinion.

“Hostile Intent” by Lynette Eason is another excellent read! Just like the author’s other books, this book stayed with me from the first page to the last page. This book showed the author’s research as this one was a little more complicated than her other books. This book follows Ava Jackson and FBI Special Agent, Caden Denning. There are three families that have been murdered and Caden believes Ava may hold the key to the “why”. I highly recommend this book, along with all of Lynette Eason’s books. They are good, clean, non-stop action! I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.
