I have to admit I had a hard time getting into “The Haunting of Bonaventure Circus” by Jaime Jo Wright, but after a few chapters, I couldn’t put it down! Jaime Jo Wright has her own style of writing, and I have always loved that style with all her books. This book centers around two women from different eras who both have a disability. Both of their stories intertwine, eventually. The novel goes back in the past and then in the present. This story definitely had a twist at the end. I never saw the ending coming! I recommend this book to all who like a good, clean, mystery. I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.

I enjoyed "Point of Danger" by Irene Hannon. This is the first book in a new series called Triple Threat. I had a little hard time getting into this book, but once I did, it was hard to put down. This book definitely had a huge twist for me. I never expected it to the end the way it did! This book centers around a woman named Eve and her controversial talk show. The first thing that happens to her is a package showing up on her doorstep, which she is afraid is a bomb. The story just gets bigger from there in trying to find out who the culprit is. It will surprise you! I definitely recommend this book to all who enjoy a good, clean, mystery. Irene Hannon is one of my favorite authors. I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.

I loved “Blood Sisters” by Jim O’Shea. I really thought I knew how it was going to end. I had a couple of scenarios in mind, but this book totally blew me away and didn’t turn out how I thought it would. I love those kind of books that have a major twist in them. This book follows Libby Meeker. Libby is an architect who is experiencing visions of seeing her dead sister. At the same time, there is a serial killer in the area. Libby, along with the detective assigned to the case are trying to solve the murder. This was the first time I’ve read a book by Jim O’Shea, but it definitely won’t be my last! I definitely recommend this book if you enjoy a good thriller! I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.

I absolutely loved "Everywhere to Hide" by Siri Mitchell. This was a book that I had a hard time putting down. It kept me up long past my bedtime! This book is written in the first person point of view, which is my favorite! This book centers on Whitney. Whitney is a young woman who was in an abusive relationship but has escaped that and is now working two jobs while studying for the bar exam. She becomes the first person on the scene of a murder. However, she has a condition called face blindness. Whitney and the detective assigned to the class work together to solve this case. This was the first time I've heard of a condition called face blindness. I started researching this. I thought it was pretty neat that a fiction book ended up teaching me something I had never heard of before. I definitely recommend this book. This is the second suspense book I've read by Siri Mitchell, and I have loved them both! Her books ...

"Two Reasons to Run" by Colleen Coble is a great read! This is the second book in the Pelican Harbor series. This story continues with the story of Jane, Reid and their son Will as the main characters. Like the first book in the series, this book has non-stop action and suspense. There is a possible terrorist attack and a kidnapping in it. I was hooked from the first page and throughout the whole book. I was totally shocked at the ending. I never expected that at all! I definitely recommend this series to anyone that enjoys good, clean, romantic suspense novels. Colleen Coble is one of my favorite authors, and I have loved all of her books! I received a complimentary copy of this book from Thomas Nelson Publishers through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
