"Fatal Strike" by DiAnn Mills is a great read.  I have to admit, though, I did have a hard time getting into the book at first.  But after the first few chapters, I was hooked.  The book had a few twists and turns, and it ended quite differently than I thought it would. FBI Agents Leah and Jon are called in to investigate the deaths of some prominent people in the community.  There is reason to believe the local gang is responsible.  Leah and Jon are racing against time to find the killer(s) and also to prevent another one from happening. This book had suspense and a little romance throughout.  If you like good, clean, romantic suspense novels, you will love this book. I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.
"Cold Aim" was another great book by Janice Cantore.  This is Book 3 in the Line of Duty series.  It follows Police Chef Tess O'Rourke.  The book starts out with a devastating fire that is affecting numerous residents.  Then an FBI agent shows up asking for Tess' help in hiding a witness involved in a human trafficking ring.  Although there are two different incidents happening, the author did a great job keeping everything together. I love how Janice Cantore is a retired police officer and how it shows in her writing.  She is a very talented author that gets my attention from the first page to the last.  I have read everyone of her books, and I can't say that I've ever been disappointed in any of them!  I highly recommend her books to everyone out there.  If you like good, clean romantic suspense, she is the author for you! I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.
I absolutely loved "Firestorm" by Nancy Mehl!  I really enjoyed the first book in the series, and this one didn't fail to disappoint, either.  I ended up reading this book in two days because I couldn't put it down!  Nancy Mehl had me engrossed from the first page to the last! This is the second book in the Kaely Quinn Profiler series.  Kaely is a profiler with the FBI.  She has had a rough childhood and carries a lot of baggage with her.  However, some of this baggage really helps her solve some tough crimes.  In this book, she travels to a small town called Darkwater to spend some time with her mother and brother.  While there, she encounters someone who is setting a lot of house fires.  So, of course, Kaely gets involved in solving this crime!  There is a lot of twists and turns along the way.  And there is a big twist at the end.  I hope Nancy Mehl continues to write more books in this series.  Nancy Mehl continues t...
