I absolutely loved "Firestorm" by Nancy Mehl! I really enjoyed the first book in the series, and this one didn't fail to disappoint, either. I ended up reading this book in two days because I couldn't put it down! Nancy Mehl had me engrossed from the first page to the last!
This is the second book in the Kaely Quinn Profiler series. Kaely is a profiler with the FBI. She has had a rough childhood and carries a lot of baggage with her. However, some of this baggage really helps her solve some tough crimes. In this book, she travels to a small town called Darkwater to spend some time with her mother and brother. While there, she encounters someone who is setting a lot of house fires. So, of course, Kaely gets involved in solving this crime! There is a lot of twists and turns along the way. And there is a big twist at the end. I hope Nancy Mehl continues to write more books in this series. Nancy Mehl continues to be one of my favorite romantic suspense authors! I highly recommend all her books!
