Dani Pettrey has done it again!  I have read every one of Dani’s books, and I have loved them all!  Dani writes in such a way that she hooks you from the first to the last page!  Her writing is intriguing and edgy, yet it is always clean.  Dani has become one of my favorite inspirational romantic suspense writers, and I can’t wait for her next book to be written!
“Blind Spot” didn’t fail me.  It kept my attention from the first to the last page.  Even though there were two cases going on at once, it all worked!  This is Book 3 of the Chesapeake Valor series.   

This book mainly focuses on the lives of Declan and Tanner, although the other characters are included.  Declan and Tanner are thrown together in a case involving a closed immigrant community.  The case takes many twists and turns.  There is a lot of suspense and mystery with some romance thrown in!  This book ended on a slight cliff hanger, which is very ingenious on Dani’s part, because readers will be on the edge of their seats waiting for the next book!
I would highly recommend this book to anyone that loves good, suspenseful, and intriguing mystery that is extremely clean.  Dani Pettrey is an author you do not want to miss!

Novel Threat by Traci Hunter Abramson

  “Hide and Seek” by Christy Barritt was a fantastic start to the Lantern Beach Guardians series.   It was so great to revisit Police Chief Cassidy Chambers.   She has become a favorite of mine in some of Christy Barritt’s other novels.   This book starts off with a huge mystery.   A young girl is found on the beach and to make matters worse, she can’t speak!   So Cassidy, along with her husband Ty, and her police force are trying to figure out the mystery.   This mystery really had me dumbfounded.   I had no idea what the ending was going to be. I have never read a Christy Barritt book that I haven’t loved.   I highly recommend all her books.   Her books are full of suspense and mystery, yet are extremely clean. I received this book from the author for my honest opinion.
